You were supposed to choose an aspect of society that the internet has touched. You briefly mention Music distribution, interpersonal communication (social capital) and cyber culture as things effected by the internet, but cyber culture was created by the internet. Not only are people in Mexico and around the world being informed by email and IRC chat forums, we are getting news and information from people in places we can’t get to like Baghdad and Pakistan. Remote areas normal news sources can’;t access are now accessible through bloggers on the internet. I wish you could have expanded your research to cover some more interesting things happening on the internet.

How does internet affect an aspect of society?
Did you know internet is a very important part of Information Technology but also a very important part of society? The topic that I will be talking about is: How does internet affect an aspect of society? Some background information on this topic is the following. One is that internet is used by people to comminute today world wide, Also that internet affects people in everyday life. The questions that I will be answering they all relate to the topic of culture. There are three sub questions that I will be answering that relate to the affects of internet in society. One of the sub question is “How does the internet change the ways we get music?” The second sub question is “How does internet affect cyber culture?” The third sub question is “How does internet affect a social capital? The finally and last sub question is “How does internet effect culture in general?.
We people don’t seem to see the way that internet effects music. But guess what….there a lot of ways that it does. Now a question that we should have in mind right now is how does internet change the ways that we get music? Well, think about a little. One of the ways that internet effects the way we get music is that teenagers are able to download music and other things in an illegal way. A way to download music or download a movie is by paying for it before you download it or in others ways ask for the copyright of this item. A second way that internet effects music is by Music and movies are not protected via internet which makes it easier to people to download it the incorrect way. This type of thing is called “Music Theft”. A Music Theft is when you download music even movies which you do not have the right to download by the producer of it. The last and finally effect is that court is taking this on its hands to protected the music that is been download. This is by because the music industrially is loosing a lot of money each year when music is not downloading or purchased the correct way.
An other way the internet affect an aspect of society is cyber culture. Cyber culture means a culture that is been existing base on the creation of the computer but more profusely on the internet. One way that the internet effects cyber culture is mostly because the impacts of new technology like computers. We all know that computer is the latest thing in technology that has provide us to communicate with each other. Either by via e-mail or by chatting. This also brings us up to the next thing that effects internet in the cyber culture is that the latest technology has been going into our culture by the use if computers in the way we communicate, entertainment, and also the business industrial. This is because most of the people in the United States have a least one computer in there household. But most of them have two or more. As we can see through the past few years people most of the time interest of talking in the phone or seeing each other to talk are now most commonly using the internet as a alterative way to communicate with each other. Now the last and finally thing that cyber culture is effect by the internet is that this has cause that nations divide each other up but also groups of individuals. Since cyber culture exist it divides nations into little groups, the ones that are advance in the latest technology and the ones that are way behind in technology.
A third way that internet affects an aspect in society is a social capital. A Social capital is the relationship between people. This interferes with the way that they behave in society, and also the new things that come to the world. One of the ways that internet effects a social capital is by the person location and there structure in there relationship in society. Like for an example a person that lives in Mexico do not know what is the latest technology in the US because they are not currently living in the US, unless they are in contact with a person that lives in the US or they are come back and forward to this country. The second way that internet affects a social capital by the way to examine the vitality of a neighborhood like a city and a country. These are effects by the people status in those places. The ones that have internet and the ones that do not have. A third and finally way that internet effects a social capital is the by the social contact and the civic engagement. Social Contact is a group of actions that do not have a lot of consequences. Now Civic engagement is that way that we learn things and the way or activities used to learn things. Especially the new things that come out around the world wide. This is mostly because internet is the new things that there is. So this cause that people learn the new ways to communicate and any more things.
Lastly, the finally way the internet affects an aspect of society is in culture in general, here in the United States. One of those many ways that internet effects culture in general is by that it divides the nation into a digital division. But also secondary, most of the people in the US use the internet as there something use in the daily base routine. Thirdly, this technology knows as information technology but especially internet is used commonly but the adults and teenagers. There common usage is to e-mail, and chatting. These all interfere on the way that we all learning. This also divides as by our age.
Internet is an aspect of Information Technology, but is it so important to our society? As in body paragraph number one internet is a major thing in our society because it effects that way we get our music or movies. But we must all always use the correct way to get music illegal. In body paragraph number two it restates that internet is very important because the culture in these years are using the internet via a computer to communicate with each other by the use of e-mail and chatting. But this is also use in a way to entertainment our self but also use in business and schools. Now as in body paragraph number three we can see that the internet affects the way people develop each other in society. It all depends in there social structure and there social location. In my opinion, I think that internet is a very important aspect of society because it impacts in every other way it cans. No matter if you do not know anything but computers. It effects all of us does not matter our age or were we from. If you have seen even a little kid who could only be three years old of age knows how to use the internet in order to navigate and find what they want to play in the internet. We as teenagers use internet mostly for our school research which is just basically find in the internet. We do not need more books to get our information. Just know to use the internet to can get to any place we want at the time we need it. Even through that internet can bring some conflicts between the students and schools. They do this in order for there own safety because internet could be so informative but it also has its dangers.
